"Welcome to the Dollhouse" Expected to be #1

The power of the Making the Band franchise continues strong, with Danity Kane's sophomore album expected to top the charts. According to PerezHilton.com, DK is expected to sale 250-275k units of "Welcome to the Dollhouse" this week alone.

Great Job!

I had hoped DK would double their sales of their debut album. With expectations being between 250K-290K (from what I've read) this is only slightly better than the 230K or so they sold their first time out.

Nonetheless, it is an improvement and I'm proud of them for continuing to be relevant and innovative in today's music market. Especially since thier home team (MTV) is heavily promoting Flo Rida all over MTV (including during MTB4). They didn't give half as much attention to DK during the same time period.

I'm also secretly glad that one of Diddy's projects beat out what seemingly is one of Timbaland's projects for once. Yippee!!!

Go get 'em DK! Much Success!!!
